We source the freshest local produce from Ethiopian farms, pair it with imported pantry essentials, and marry it all with techniques drawn from the world's great culinary traditions.

The People Behind It
Executive Chef
Trained in Berlin and Paris, Daniel returned to Addis with a singular mission: to put Ethiopian cuisine on the world stage without losing its soul.

Director of Operations & Strategy
With over 30 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry, Henock draws inspiration from every phenomenal Chef and Mixologist he has worked alongside. Having run Bars and Restaurants on three continents, he has developed an international style that feels at home anywhere.

Head Bartender
Known to everyone as Wende, he has a rare gift โ the kind that can't be taught. Customers come in carrying the weight of their day, pull up a stool, and leave feeling lighter. More than a bartender, he's the heart of the bar.
